Ingredients for 1 keto hot chocolate

  • 1 tablespoon grass fed butter or ghee

  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil

  • 100 millilitres unsweetened cream

  • 100 millilitres unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 teaspoon cacao powder

  • 0,5 teaspoon cardamon, 0,5 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 0,5 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Stevia drops / erythritol to taste

How to make this keto hot chocolate

  1. In a large mug, mix all ingredients well. Preferably use a mini hand mixer to give your hot chocolate that foamy, and creamy touch.

  2. Use stevia or erythritol to decide on your preferred level of sweetness.

  3. Optional: some fresh whipped heavy cream to top it off!
