Myndfuel is founded in April 2019, by Registered Dietitian Lotte Damen, with Saahil Karkera always being her support and partner in crime. Both Lotte and Saahil are passionate keto advocates, and firm believers of spiritual growth and personal development. The combination of eating keto and self-growth, has increased their success & happiness tremendously over the past years. Now, they are ready to help others to be their absolute best versions and achieve their goals and dreams.
